Functional Advantages 

Powder feeding is executed in accordance with the process requirement of less, frequent and even without dead angle.  
Different types of APFS are selectable according to mould types, cross sections, and site environment. 
The intelligent hopper prevents powder caked and insufficient. 
The uneven, excessive or insufficient powder feeding caused by manual feeding mode is avoided. The labor intensity and labor cost are reduced while the automation management is improved.  
With pipeline clogging detection and alarm functions. 
Recycle the dust discharged from the gas-powder-separation powder feeding nozzle to prevent the creating of flying dust. (Optional) 
It is available to design the powder thickness detection device for slab, bloom, and round bloom moulds to realize full-automatic closed-loop control, and the powder feeding speed can be adjusted automatically according to the powder thickness variation tendency. (Optional)  
Automatic powder absorption function can be designed to absorb the powder into hopper automatically and different types of powder are switchable. (Optional) 
Coordinate with casting platform upgrading, realize unmanned intelligent powder feeding.
