Domestic Initiative——RAMON Intelligent Inspection Robot

   In September 2019, RAMON company signed a contract with Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. of Baowu group on OY furnace tower inspection robot system, which is the first intelligent inspection robot developed by RAMON company that can be applied to blast furnace, pipeline, oil depot, refining and chemical industry, such as explosion-proof and nuclear power substation. At the same time, the smooth implementation of this project marks that RAMON Robot Automatic Label Welding officially helps the steel industry 4.0.

   The system has the following advantages:

1) Artificial intelligence replaces artificial inspection and changes the existing mode of artificial inspection.

2) It improves the intelligence level of whole steelmaking process chain through the integration of robot technology, non-contact detection technology, multi-sensor fusion technology, image recognition technology, navigation and positioning technology, IOT communication technology and other disciplines.

3)Robot replaces operators to perform inspection tasks in dangerous areas, keeps operators from danger and makes intelligent inspection.
